The section below the Return and Refund Policy is the most up to date Awareness Ribbon colors and the list for each color. If yours isn't on the list please let us know, so we can add it.

  • If any item needs to be returned, customer may return item(s) within 7days of purchase, for a full refund, less shipping costs. Item(s) must be in new, never worn condition. Once item(s) are recieved, a full refund will be issued within 3 business days. Refund will be issued back to card used for purchase. (Reason for return must be stated)

    If an item(s) needs to be returned to be repaired, customer will pay return shipping. Seller will then pay to return repaired item to customer. Please allow up to 7 days for repaired item to be shipped.

    Exchanged item(s): Customer must return item(s) in new, never worn condition. Customer is responsible for return shipping. Seller will pay to return ship to customer. Please allow up to 7 days for exchanged item to be shipped.
